Hi there. I'm planning on purchasing a new hard drive real soon now.
I've always thought that when the time comes I would purchase a LaCie
because of all the wonderful reviews and things said about the company
on comp.sys.mac. Now that I've finally got enough money, I'm thinking of
purchasing the 201 megabyte which is a Maxtor. Does anybody know
anything about these drives? I'm especially interested in how much noise
it makes, how fast it is, and reliablilty. If anybody out there owns one
or anything about Maxtor, please respond. Thanks a lot.
