It comes from a Philips Yes computer. It wrks excellent, but it has one problem, it will not boot! When I boot from floppy and switch over to the hard disk system it works correctly, but when I try to boot from hard disk I mostly get a bomb. I discovered that when I boot, the proces is interfered when I move my mouse or do some keyboard (when I make an event). When it has booted without any system error, it will be a suprise if no system error will occur in future (ID=28). My system configurations are a Mac Plus with the new corrected ROM's. The cable between the harddisk and Mac is 10 centimeters (3 inches) long. A friend of my has the same problems (by the way, when his hd is cold (about 15 degrees) it will not spin fast enough, and he gets read/write errors!!). Has anyone any suggestions. My hd is formatted with SF&I with the plain vanilla resources. The hd is not recognized by Rodimes official software etc etc. Marc Heijligers rcbamhl@eutrc3.urc.tue.nl
