	Stupid question time...

	I *know* I saw a document somewhere on the TeachText document format,
but I've looked through my technotes (I am missing a couple from 1988, but
the recent index doesn't mention TeachText) and the APDAlog, and I can't
find the info.  I figured out myself that 'ttro' and 'ttrw' are the file
types for read-only and read-write documents, and a little piddling let
me tell that PICT resources are put in at fixed offsets in the text (I
deleted some text and the picture didn't move).  Where is this documented?
