I installed System 6.0.4 on a Mac SE about a week ago, and noticed that
SuperClock was preceding any single digit hour with a zero.  After
puzzling through the setup in SuperClock, I saw that the time in the
Control Panel had a preceding zero in the hour column as well.  Was this
changed from System 6.0.2.  And if so, why??
