  There are versions of flex and bison availible via FTP that run under the
MPW enviroment.  I got my copies from sumex-aim.stanford.edu but I'm sure
you could try most any FTP site that does mac software.

  Not commenting on the quality of the compiler, if you're used to and like
unix you'd feel very comfortable in the MPW enviroment in a very short time.
