	We have a Mips M/120.  I want to use the PROM Monitor (version
4.0) "sload" command to load a program, but I don't have convert
(1spp).  I would like to know how I can convert a file myself into the
Motorola S-record format (record types 0, 3, and 7) and send it to the
M/120.  Atdhvaannkcse.
