We are running IRIX 3.2 and whenever we open up a new window
the mouse is positioned at the upper left of the outline for 
positioning.  Prior to the upgrade the mouse was positioned
at the lower left.  How do I change it so that the mouse is
at the lower left for positioning the windows?
