Yes, you will need the upgrade, But what software >needs that much space to run? > We are doing a medium-scale software project for a class. The C compiler with debug options set takes about 350k, and our code occupies about 160k. There is enough memory to run the program, but not in the interactive debugging mode (which is very helpful for tricky bugs, like when the whole system just 'locks up'.)
