EAT ME

Hello everybody.  Could someone point give me a few interesting VT102 +
beyond codes that I could incorporate into a program I'm writing?

It would be interesting to support effects like double-height,
double width, blink, and any other interesting effects.  Graphic characters
would be fun to support.
 
A small summary of 'neat' things would be very fun.  Preferably for Vt102
I guess.
