I have heard that the Corrective Services number 1002 from IBM NSD Defect 
Support will fix AIX to work on the PS/2 55SX.  I think that their number
is 1-800-237-5511, but not sure.  I didn't have to pay anything extra for
my upgrades for my AIX PS/2 model 80.
