Wow, where did you get this. Everone here was under the impression
that you need BSD csh source to create this. tcsh is released as a set
of patches to csh.

Anyways, going from AIX/RT->AIX/PS2 should be roughly similar to
AIX/RT->BSD porting. Not to rough really, I have been told.
