The DWB 2.0 reference manual from AT&T tells me how to use the
business letter macros with the mm macro package. The DWB software as
shipped from Interactive does not have these macros. Why?

The /usr/lib/dwb/samples directory that is a part of the DWB 2.0
release contains a letter that uses these business letter macros. But
/usr/lib/macros/mm[nt] do not have them. Is something amiss?

I'm using 386/ix 2.0.2, DWB (TPW) 2.1.0.
