(Apologies if this has been discussed before)

I am trying to install nn on my system and have run into a problem:

After nn displays the opening title page, "Hit any key to continue" is
displayed. Hitting any key, I get the message "Memory fault - core dumped".

nnmaster runs fine as far as I can tell.

I vaguely remember that there is a PD version of malloc() for uport V/AT
which is supposed to cure this problem. Is this true?

Are there any uport specific changes to be made to the nn source?
