Does anyone out there know how to display a file created on a Sun using "screendump" (which I believe produces a Sun rasterfile format output) in its original colors in a window in X. The only thing that I can think of right now would be to convert the Sun rasterfile image to a format recognized by X that supports color, such as xwd. I have (with limited success) been able to run the rasterfile output thru a few of the pbm filter utilities to produce a monochrome version of the screen dump using xwud. If anyone can help me, please e-mail me at {att!}hound!smikes or contact me at (201) 949-7737, or just post a follow up to this message. Thanks in advance. Steve
