I have been using twm R4alpha++ for a month now and am generally
pleased with its featues and its performance. There are, however,
two features that I find somewhat annoying.

It appears that mouse buttons that have not been assigned a function,
beep and cause the "wait" cursor to appear. I would find it more
informative to display an "undefined" cursor (perhaps a question
mark). Buttons explicitly assigned to "f.nop" do not exhibit this
behavior - they quietly do nothing.

My second comment concerns iconifying windows that are specified in
the IconManagerDontShow section. There does not appear to be any way
to get then back! Granted noone should do that - but you know how
silly users can be sometimes.
