Texas CS Dept., Austin, Texas Lines: 24 Has anyone gotten libg++ to build on a sequent balance running dynix 3.0.4? I had no problems building gcc-1.36 nor g++-1.36. I can compile the library files using gas, ar give no errors, but when I run ranlib on libg++.a I get these errors: ar: failure reading header of libg++.a(builtin.o) ar: failure reading header of libg++.a(File.o) ar: failure reading header of libg++.a(stream.o) ar: failure reading header of libg++.a(streambuf.o) ar: failure reading header of libg++.a(PlotFile.o) etc. This is using the gnu version of ar and ranlib. If you have any hints I'd be grateful.
