Lines: 10 A while ago there was some talk about using gcc to generate position-independent code, which it currently doesn't do. I seem to remember there was some work done on this. I'd like to hear what's the present situation. Gcc would sure make a good compiler for the Amiga - well, I'd have to buy some more memory or do the compilation on some other machine, but it'd still be quite useful. //Jyrki
