You can't put the djinni back in the bottle, Brad (despite what the fairy
tale says).  Were talk.bizarre to be rmgrouped (or just not propogated)
I suspect that the volume would be spread out over a bunch of different
newsgroups; most likely rec.arts.poetry, alt.prose, talk.rumors and
misc.misc.  And news.groups, although there are those who believe that
news.groups has already become more bizarre than t.b will ever become.

The part of the status quo that affects talk.bizarre is probably left
alone, for the benefit of everyone.
