NO, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT SOMETHING LIKE THIS.

This is probably the most effective way to raise net.hell that I know
of.  If talk.bizarre is trying to start a flame war with a group in
which you have interest, post instructions on how to set up a kill
file to kill all crosspostings in from talk.bizarre, and tell everyone
in the group to IGNORE ANYTHING that comes from talk.bizarre.  That is
the ONLY EFFECTIVE WAY to deal with these folk.  Ignore them and they
go away.
