I did not see the message in news.announce.newgroups until this late
this afternoon (I don't always have much time to read news).

I had posted the vote results (separately) to news.groups (on the 7th)
with a newgroup date of the the 12th, and this was the group that I
had monitored for complaints.  Anyway, I issued a newgroup message
this morning.  Sorry about the confusion.
