That's because he didn't report sufficient results. Have a look at the results of my *.AQUARIA poll for a more complete information. After all, he could have reported the approval voting results the same way, leaving you equally in the dark. Also, this poll wasn't for choosing a single winner... it was for choosing a set of options, with no clear idea of how many of them would be implemented, if any. For that, approval voting is better.
