It serves me right for ignoring it when it happened to someone
else a while ago.
     
My newsskim_alt was doing a CONVERT/RELAIM and I got:
     
%CONV-F-OPENOUT, error opening _DUA2:[NEWSMGR.NEWS]HISTORY.V60; as output
-RMS-F-FLG, invalid key definition flags for key = 0
     
So, what do I have to do?
