Sci. Dept., Strathclyde Univ., Scotland. Lines: 17 I am currently working on a final year project in which ultrasonic ranging and triangulation plays a large part. I have a problem at the moment with finding suitable transducers to provide the required accuracy. I am looking for either: (1) standard frequency (40KHz) transducers with a very fast transient response - ie ideally I want an immediate response from them (2) compact, light, fairly high-powered high-frequency (100KHz+) transducers Any ideas? Thanks in advance, again -Duncan
