     What range of frequencies does the FCC actively regulate?  I know they
have authority to regulate "DC to daylight", but what are the max and min
freq's you can use without any concern for FCC compliance?  I'm actually most
interested in the low end, since I'm working on a project that will require
the use of an unshielded signal carrier.  How does radiated power enter into
the regs?
