The LA Times printed an article in which they had excerpts of an interview with an Afghan CAS pilot. He claimed that the Stinger had a flaw in its guidance in part of its engagement envelope. He went on to claim special evasion tactics designed to exploit this flaw are now used by the Afghan air forces.
