I have a copy of the TeX stuff that was posted several months ago, and a copy
of the TeXview stuff (minus that one header file - dvihead.h?).  Though I use
the dvieps binary that came with it, I can't get any of the other DVI drivers
to compile (after a lot of trying).  What I need is dvialw (Apple LaserWriter
driver), and the missing TeXview file (along with some hints on how to get it
working).  Can someone who has this working help me out?
