It does help to clarify your earlier post somewhat, but doesn't seem to reach the implied public policy questions in that earlier post. More specifically, further clarification might be helpful as to why you maintain, relative to BBSs, that videotext,as you understand it, is "the wave of the future?" One would also think that videotext systems cover a whole lot more ground than the examples you cite.
