"To Live and Die in L.A." certainly has a great chase, as does a film
called "The Seven-Ups" (if I recall correctly; its been awhile), which
stars Roy Schieder.

For a great fun chase, check out "Raising Arizona", with the gun-crazed
police, gun-crazed clerk, gun-crazed grocery manager, dog pack, and, of
course, the Pampers. ("Hang on Nathan, we're goin' to get Daddy").
