There's an 18-page (or so) article by Leary called CRIMINALIZING
THE NATURAL in the latest PM&E* (Vol. 4).  I didn't like all of 
it, but he made some good points, and, no, I am not going to type
them all in.  He even mentions the Greatful Dead.
