     Get a fluorescent orange vest, some black paint, and a
stencil.  Using the stencil, put big black letters on the
vest stating, "Wearer is an asshole from PSU -- if found
outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, please shoot on
sight."

     As long as you wear the vest at all times, everything
will work out just fine.  Asshole.
