EVICTING INNOCENT CHILDREN, INNOCENT VICTIMS OF RUMOR MONGERS

~ TALLAHASSEE (AP) - A state lawmaker has proposed allowing the eviction of 
~ accused drug dealers and their families from public housing projects, which 
~ are among the areas hardest hit by the crack epidemic.
~ 
~ The bill, by state Rep. Alzo J. Reddick, D-Orlando, would strike down a 
~ 1987 Florida law prohibiting eviction of innocent family members and 
~ requiring a conviction before a drug dealer could be evicted.
