Rasputans(sp?), a new and used record/CD store carries current as well as
back issues of Kerrang magazine.  They are usually located either in the
book/magazine section or in the METAL used record section.  

They have two locations : one on Telegraph Ave in Berkeley and the other
on Contra Costa Blvd in Pleasent Hill.  Check the yellow pages for address
and phone numbers.
