1)  Yes, people still flirt.  I don't know if it's gone down or up but I
would assume down a little.

2)  I dunno.  Maybe there is.  One day I couldn't flirt and the next day
I can and I do it pretty well.  Maybe it's cause I do it with some one I
know really well and we're both comfortable with each other.
