Currently in Georgia, there is a man who is serving a two year sentence
for having oral sex with his wife.

No, the law isnt normally enforced, but the man's wife accused him of rape.
In the trial, the man admitted to oral sex.  The woman consented, but
no matter.  The judge told the jury that since the man admitted oral
sex on the stand, he MUST be sentenced for the crime.

Georgians for the Banishment of Neanderthal Sex Laws are working in the
legislature to try to get the law changed, but this isnt likely.  In
the bible belt, no legislator wants to be on record as voting for anything
that would embarrass Jesse Helms.
