This is Chad, again, with a case of the seriously peeved's.

Just awhile ago, I was told by a woman that "she knew exactly what she wants"
and will not even take the time to look deeper into a person to see if there
could be something new and exciting they might be missing.

Opinions?
 My personal opinion is to look past the surface and find the diamonds in
the rough.
I've had a few really worthwhile relationships with people termed "not
attractive" by mainstream ppl., when in actuality, they are quite pretty.
(Now you've got to remember, this was in High School, where being 'in' was
a matter of life and death. I thumbed my nose at that attidude, and I was
made a social pariah up until around 11th grade. Then, I got some real friends.
Sorry to interrrupt with this piece of autobiographical crap, but I thought
it had some bearing on the content of this article.)
