How you arrange the setting, and apply the massage is the romance. I haven't tried every oil available, but I've tried a few and olive oil is my favorite, baby oil my least favorite. The most important thing to me is that the oil be _warm_, at least blood temp. if not a little higher. Room temperature is right out. I fill a large bowl with hot tap water, then float a smaller bowl of oil in it.
