That stands for One Step Beyond.  It's sort of an under-21-whannabe-
pseudo punk club.  It's a lot of fun for dancing, though.  It's in
Santa Clara, of all places.

I still like The Oasis the best.  Sunday nights is great for dancing and
none of the "pickup" crowd.
