It discusses everything from masturbation to anatomy to birth control, and more. I would recommend it for your 13 year old, and maybe the 16 year old too, though I suspect at 16 you know most of the stuff already. Talking frankly to children is probably the best way to introduce them to sex, and answering any of their questions without bullshit, but it seems to me the hardest way.
