I will gladly relay messages to the net, unless I don't.

If I refuse to forward something, I will do my best to tell you why.

Within the limits of my flakiness, I would also be willing to forward
emailed reactions back to the author.

Though I'd prefer emailed submissions, I'm willing to handle
occasional postings that arrive at my maildrop (I don't want to spend
more than a couple hours a week typing in such things, but if you feel
you need _serious_ anonymity, there's no way I could reveal an
identity based on an unsigned piece of paper-based mail.  Even if I
wanted to.)
