From what I have been able to see over the years (disassembling the .EXE and such), it's in Interlisp! You need either a PDP-10 or a Xerox D-machine (their brand of Lisp machine) to run the sucker. However, if you do get one running, let me know. I'd love to have that story to take to DECUS for a war stories session!
