The body of the item is normally intact, and the blank line between header and body is present. This has not started recently, but I remember it from at least a year or so ago. I'm reporting it now, because I got a message from a user at another site here in the Netherlands reporting the same problem with a note I sent him. And in the past year we've updated MAIL/BOOK at least twice, which makes me suspect it's not really a problem with MAIL/BOOK itself. The Crosswell MAILER has also gone through 2 updates in that same timespan. I can't tie disappearing headers to system problems either (like system abends or such). Does anyone have *any* hints / advice / tips / equiv. problems / solutions? Regards. Scott/
