Greetings,

All you need to know about Netchat should be in the document file.  Make
sure that NETCHAT.EXE is flagged R/S, and if you plan to have the utility
write to any other directory than F:\PUBLIC you need to specify that at
the command line.  Also users must have RWCD rights in the directory you
write to.
