My questions relate to the various methods of BI that are used, regardless of the subject matter of the product. To what extent has instruction for CD-ROM been incorporated into previously existing BI programs? Has anyone written a computer pro- gram that teaches the use of CD-ROM? Have you found it necessary to write front-end programs in order to make the product comprehensible to the average user? Has CD-ROM instruction been incorportaed into one-time group orientation sessions? Into classroom instruction? Have people developed handouts or are we trying to avoid paper? In short, what is the current state of BI with regard to CD-ROM? I will be grateful for any assistance in answering these questions and for any additional information that can be provided on this subject.
