Back many, many years ago, I heard that Radio Canada International was going
to tighten up their QSLing policy.  Can anyone tell me what the current
policy on QSLing is for them?  Also, would the CBC Northern Service be
considered the same station as RCI w.r.t. QSL'ing (i.e. I've QSL'ed CBC N.S.
but not RCI, just out of laziness)?
