Can anyone tell me what the current policy on QSLing is for them? Also, would the CBC Northern Service be considered the same station as RCI w.r.t. QSL'ing (i.e. I've QSL'ed CBC N.S. but not RCI, just out of laziness)? Please respond by E-mail and I'll summarize if there is interest.
