	(TORONTO) Veteran Ontario M-P-P Mike Breaugh (BREE'-oh) has
formally announced he's seeking the federal N-D-P nomination in the
Oshawa, Ontario by-election.
	The seat was held by former federal N-D-P Leader Ed Broadbent. 
	The date of the by-election has yet to be announced.
	Breaugh says major issues that must be dealt with include free
trade and the proposed federal goods and services tax. 
	Breaugh has the endorsement of the Oshawa and District Labour
