YONKERS, NEW YORK, U.S.A., 1990 JAN 15 (NB) -- Codenoll 
Technology announced that Soliton Systems, of Japan will sell its 
Ethernet-compatible fiber-optic local area network (LAN) systems in 
Japan. The value of the contract is estimated at $3 to $5-million 
over the next four years. Soliton is one of the leading network 
suppliers in Japan, which is a strong network market.
