CHICAGO (UPI) -- The Chicago Bulls Wednesday announced they will file an officials protest over Monday's 109-106 loss to the New York Knicks. ``The Knicks won the game 109-106 on Trent Tucker's 3-point shot after they had inbounded the ball with 0.1 of a second left in regulation time,'' the Bulls said. The Bulls argue it would be impossible to make a shot in 0.1 of a second. Jerry Kraus, Bulls' vice president for basketball operations, said the Bulls are following National Basketball Association rules and notifying the league an official protest will be filed. The NBA then will notify the team of the deadline for presenting its case.
