ST. LOUIS (UPI) -- The St. Louis Blues Wednesday recalled defensemen Robert Dirk and Glen Featherstone and demoted rookie defensemen Dominic Lavoie and Adrien Plavsic, officials said. In 24 games with the Peoria (Ill.) Rivermen of the International Hockey League, Dirk had 3 points while Featherstone had 5 in 15 games. Both have been up previously this season with the Blues. Dirk played in five games with no points and Featherstone had five assists in 25 games. Lavoie was recalled on Jan. 5 and has played in 13 games with St. Louis, scoring a goal and an assist. Plavsic was recalled on Jan. 8 and has played in four games with two penalty minutes.
