     I just wanted folks to be aware that WSMR-SIMTEL20.ARMY.MIL was
down for about 48 hours due to air conditioning problems.  They came
back online Friday afternoon around 15:00 MST (2200 GMT).

     I am not sure what the backlog is at RPI but I know
LISTSERV@VM1.NODAK.EDU has 1000 pending requests.  Please do NOT
re-enter a request unless you actually get mail from LISTSERV or
Trickle saying you should do that...  We don't need the duplicate
requests right now...  ;-)
