Lines: 12 I have 6 months experience as a DBA for an Ingres v5.0 installation. I have had to abort Ingres processes numerous times, both batch jobs and interactive users. a couple of times this has resulted in the process in question hanging in the RWAST state. Is there a proper, safe way of avoiding the possibility of leaving these daim bramaged processes around? -- Michael Nowacki gatech!stiatl!dmn Sales Technologies, Inc |\ /| 3399 Peachtree Rd, NE | \/ | Atlanta, GA (404) 841-4000 _|ike |_
